Like so many women, there’s a version of this I’ve watched play out in my own skin too. Kelly sees it every week in women of different ages, races, and skin histories. That’s how we know it isn’t a coincidence.

I spent two years certain my skin fluctuations were just stress.

She sits down and says the same sentence I've heard for over twenty years:

Here's what I've learned to look for. Skin doesn't usually change for no reason. The earliest hormonal shifts begin years before a cycle ever becomes irregular and the skin feels them first.

Oil flow, barrier tolerance, inflammation: all of it can start moving while lab work still reads “normal.”

So when a client says her skin became unpredictable overnight, the question I actually ask isn't “what product failed.” It's “what changed in the environment your skin is living in.”

This is one of several patterns I see in the treatment room. This week we're talking about the early hormonal shift. The one most women are never told to look for.

Stress is real.
It’s just not the whole story.

For a long season, I thought stress explained everything about my skin.
Looking back, I can see it was simply the explanation that came first.

Stress wasn’t the whole cause.
It was revealing what had been building beneath the surface all along.

Hormonal shifts.
Inflammatory load.
A barrier that had slowly lost resilience.

Stress lowered my skin's threshold.
Then something already in motion finally crossed it.

Where did this come from.

That’s not stress.

Sensitive skin is a description.

I use all of Results by Nature's products. Recently I have been sick and my nose and lips became very dry and cracked from being dehydrated ......I used Quench for 3 days on my lips and nose and they are no longer peeling and my lips are so so soft. It's like heaven in a bottle.

I started using RbyNLash eyelash & brow enhancing system for the first time about 4 weeks ago. I noticed longer lashes in about 2 1/2 weeks and they keep getting thicker and longer as I near the end of my first container. Still waiting on results on my brows but I am told those take longer. Definately sold on product efficacy.

I have been using the hair oil for 2 months now and I have seen and felt an incredible difference . I have very thin and frizzy hair that's usually in a messy bun or I flat iron. Repair Oil has absolutely repaired my hair. I use it daily (just 4 drops to wet hair) as well as 1 or 2 times a month as a leave in night treatment. It's liquid gold!
