Hi Samantha and Kelly, so great to have you both on the platform. There’s so much we want to ask you, but let’s start with the topic of self-care. Do you do anything for self-care and if so, do you think it’s had a meaningful impact on your effectiveness?
Samantha’s Answer: I appreciate your curiosity about self-care. It’s something that means different things to different people. For me, self-care is all about finding ways to reconnect with myself and stay rooted in the present moment. Some of the things I do for self-care are breathing exercises, meditation, prayer, spending time outdoors, working out, sleeping well and writing in a journal. The most important part of my self-care is always being mindful, feeling grounded, praying and giving thanks for all the good things in my life.
