Shipping Policy

How long does it take to get my order?

Results by Nature will ship your item(s) within 7-9 business days of your order being processed and it ships through the USPS system. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and a tracking number when your order has shipped. We ask that you remain patient and allow for unexpected delays in order processing and/or shipping.

Please reach out to us at hello@resultsbynature.com if it has been more than 14 days from your order date and you have not yet received your item(s).

Returns & Exchange Policy

The Returns Policy below applies only to Online Retail Customers buying on resultsbynature.com or through the ResultsbyNature App on Apple and Android

If you are a Retail Customer who purchased a Results by Nature or RbyNLash product from a website or physical location that is not resultsbynature.com please contact the spa or website from which you purchased the product. Each spa and website have their own return policy.

If you are a Wholesale Partner or Influencer Partner (a partner with an existing active Results by Nature account) with questions about returning products you ordered from Results by Nature, Inc, please contact your Results by Nature Representative.

We at, Results by Nature, believe that you should love your products and if a product isn’t the right fit for you we will make every effort to find one that is.

We will happily offer you an exchange or refund on any unused or gently used product within 14 days of your purchase if purchased through our website or app. Purchaser is responsible for return shipping and will not be given a refund on shipping costs.

Returns will be credited back to the account that it was purchased from and can take anywhere from 2 to 30 days to be seen and/or recorded back into your account depending on your banking institution.

Partial returns of Bundle & Save items, Testers, Free Items and items marked as final sale are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns to anyone that we believe is abusing or misusing these policies.

I use all of Results by Nature's products. Recently I have been sick and my nose and lips became very dry and cracked from being dehydrated ......I used Quench for 3 days on my lips and nose and they are no longer peeling and my lips are so so soft. It's like heaven in a bottle.

I started using RbyNLash eyelash & brow enhancing system for the first time about 4 weeks ago. I noticed longer lashes in about 2 1/2 weeks and they keep getting thicker and longer as I near the end of my first container. Still waiting on results on my brows but I am told those take longer. Definately sold on product efficacy.

I've tried it all! Ridiculously expensive skin care, organic moisturizers, Image, Shisedo, Kiehl's, Korean brands, etc. Nothing has impressed me more than Kelly's Results by Nature. Absolutely addicted to Regenerate and Quench. Thank you!

I was given a trial sample of Quench, Regenerate and Repair. I love putting the Repair in my hair to add shine and protection. The Quench and Regenerate oils are lovely and make my skin so soft. Also the owners are super sweet and truly care what goes into their products!

I have been using the hair oil for 2 months now and I have seen and felt an incredible difference . I have very thin and frizzy hair that's usually in a messy bun or I flat iron. Repair Oil has absolutely repaired my hair. I use it daily (just 4 drops to wet hair) as well as 1 or 2 times a month as a leave in night treatment. It's liquid gold!
