Will RbyNLash® make my lashes fall out if I stop using it?2023-08-05T10:11:08-07:00

Not likely. All our lashes grow to a certain length naturally on their own. RbyNLash®, not only supports that growth, it strengthens, fortifies, and conditions the lashes to help maintain the growth during its normal growth cycle. Chemical-laced lash serums use ingredients such as bimatoprost or prostaglandin analogs to force the lashes to grow outside of their natural growth cycle, which can cause lashes to fall out or even break when stopping those products.

We’ve done the research so you don’t have to.

Get to know industry terms

There are so many industry terms that make choosing a product confusing unless you’re a chemist. Let’s get to know some of these terms.

Clean Beauty: Clean beauty is another non-regulated marketing claim. Generally, it refers to brands and products that lean towards natural ingredients and avoid controversial ingredients like parabens, phthalates, and sulphates. However, the definition varies from company to company.

Chemical Ingredients:  ALL ingredients are chemicals— even water.  The two words are being used interchangeably and here at Results by Nature we would like to change that.  In the cosmetics industry, there is so much green-washing over the use of the words “chemical” and “synthetic,” when the industry is really trying to talk about toxic vs. non-toxic.

Chiral/Chirality/Chiral Purity/Chirally Correct: When an ingredient contains only the molecules with the most active part of the ingredient to give the most desired results. A process that makes sure the ingredients that you are feeding your skin are the safest and most stable.

Clinical Grade Skincare: This is a marketing term that doesn’t have a standardized meaning. While there is no FDA-regulated definition, Clinical Grade generally refers to products that are targeted to specific conditions and needs such as acne or wrinkles. The concentration of active ingredients is generally greater than what you can find over the counter. Here, at Results by Nature, we take a “Clinical” approach by using highly active ingredients to maximize the positive effects on the skin.

Highly Active Ingredients: in the cosmetics industry, “highly active” refers to ingredients that are known to make noticeable differences in the skin on the surface and below.

Non-Toxic Skincare: Non-toxic skincare refers to products that don’t use any ingredients that will contribute to someone’s toxic load. At Results by Nature, we take this claim seriously which is why we take guidance from the Endocrine Society and do not use any ingredients that they deem “endocrine-disrupting chemicals.”

Protein Synthesis: The process by which proteins are formed in biological cells. Proteins carry out all the important functions of a cell, such as transport, structural support, chemical reactions, cell communication, and protection from harmful bacteria and viruses. Every protein molecule is made up of amino acids.

Synthetic Ingredients: These are ingredients that are made in a laboratory, to be copies of natural ingredients like hyaluronic acid.  Often times synthetic ingredients are more stable and can be less irritating to the skin than the natural ingredient.

How is RbyNLash pronounced?2020-08-20T11:39:02-07:00

Ribon Lash

What does RbyN mean?2020-08-20T11:38:41-07:00

RbyN is an acronym for our company name, Results By Nature™.

Do all companies test for safety or use the OptiSafe TM test?2020-08-20T11:38:15-07:00

Results By Nature™’s, RbyNLash, is the only eyelash/brow enhancing serum on the market that has been found to be OptiSafeTM tested and approved.

What does OptiSafe Approved™ mean?2023-08-05T10:13:25-07:00

OptiSafe is a standardized and quantitative acute ocular irritation test method that can be used to determine the irritation potential of cosmetics, creams, shampoos, toiletries, cleaning agents, and a wide variety of consumer products.

RbyNLash ® is the only eyelash/brow enhancing serum on the market that is OptiSafe tested and approved.

Does OptiSafeTM use animals to do this testing?2020-08-20T11:37:12-07:00

No. None of our products are or will ever be tested on animals.

Does Results By Nature™ test on animals?2020-08-20T11:36:46-07:00

NEVER! We have never tested on animals and never will.

If you never test on animals, why does RbyNLash use silk aminos?2020-08-20T11:36:04-07:00

We do not use silkworms for our silk amino acids because we are a cruelty free company.  Our silk amino acids are derived from a natural fermentation process that utilizes a plant substrate.

Can RbyNLash ® be used on eyebrows?2023-08-05T09:58:36-07:00

Yes, like most of our products, RbyNLash ® is multipurpose. We created this product to be a dual-purpose product; to not only save on packaging; which reduces our footprint but also saves you money.

Is RbyNLash ® safe to use while breastfeeding or pregnant?2023-08-05T10:07:35-07:00

Yes! The ingredients in RbyNLash ® are all non-toxic, natural, and clean and have been OptiSafe Approved™ to be deemed safe to use around the eye area but we always suggest you speak with your doctor and review our product ingredient list before using any new product. We believe that if you shouldn’t use a product when you are nursing, pregnant and/or breastfeeding, you probably shouldn’t be using it at all.

Can I use RbyNLash ® if I am undergoing cancer treatment and/or have lost my lashes due to cancer treatment?2023-08-05T10:08:42-07:00

Yes! RbyNLash ® does not contain Soy (soy can also be known as lecithin/soy lecithin); which has been known to be an endocrine/hormone disruptor and many patients are advised by their doctors not to use any products with endocrine disruptors, such as soy, in them. However, when undergoing any treatment, it is always best to consult with your doctor if you are unsure about any new product.

What do you mean when you say that RbyNLash® is created for those who have immune systems that have been impaired.?2023-08-05T10:09:38-07:00

We know that individuals with auto-immune disorders can tend to have more sensitive and reactive skin to products with harsh chemicals in them and therefore, we saw a need to make this product without those chemicals and disrupter ingredients so that anyone who has a weakened immune system could use our product. As with anything new, we always recommend sharing our products’ ingredients with your doctor before the use of anything new.

Why does the ink rub off my RbyNLash® container tube?2023-08-05T10:11:52-07:00

We believe in being kind to our environment. One of the ways we can do this is by using biodegradable ink. Ink is highly toxic to our earth, so we chose to use an ink that (poof!) easily disappears (literally) without a trace.

Can I use RbyNLash ® under my mascara?2023-08-05T10:00:29-07:00

Absolutely! After cleansing and patting the eyelashes dry, apply the serum and then proceed with your regular skincare and makeup routine.

Can RbyNLash ® be used with lash extensions?2023-08-05T09:59:45-07:00

Absolutely! RbyNLash ® is water-based so it can be used with extensions and individual home lash applications as it will not disrupt the efficacy of the glue. In fact, we HIGHLY recommend you use RbyNLash® while using enhancers to keep the natural lashes strong to support the weight of the lash enhancements.

I have used other big-name lash serums on the market and when I stopped using them my eyelashes fell out. Will RbyNLash do this to my lashes?2020-08-20T11:31:56-07:00

Not likely. All our lashes grow to a certain length naturally on their own. RbyNLash, not only supports that growth, it strengthens and conditions the lashes to help maintain the growth during its normal growth cycle. Chemical laced lash serums force the lashes to grow outside of their natural growth cycle, which can cause lashes to fall out when stopping those products.

How long does it take for me to see results?2023-08-05T09:56:38-07:00

Individual results will always vary because our hair has its own natural growth cycle. With that being said if you use RbyNLash ® exactly as recommended, you will see stronger, thicker, longer-looking lashes in time. Consistency is always key. Some of our customers report seeing results as soon as 5 weeks into their bottle, while others saw results 9 weeks into it. Everyone’s lash growth cycle is different. RbyNLash ® is to be used to support your natural lash cycle which changes every 60-90 days.

How long do I need to use RbyNLash ® twice a day?2023-08-05T09:59:03-07:00

We recommend twice daily until your first tube is used for optimal results. After that, we recommend three to four times a week to maintain results. One tube of RbyNLash typically lasts approximately 3 months.

I have a specific question that I don’t see covered here, how do I contact you for more information?2020-08-20T11:19:58-07:00
